The HCM team was excited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony for Xcel Energy’s newly completed Chanhassen Service Center. Dean Riggott Photography captured the celebration as project partners, staff, and community members gathered to officially open the state-of-the-art facility.
The ceremony included a lighthearted moment as the oversized ceremonial scissors proved to be a bit more challenging than expected, adding some laughter before the ribbon finally gave way. Afterward, guests toured the fully finished building, experiencing its complete transformation from early construction elements to a fully operational service center.
