Boston Scientific Weaver Lake Office Renovation

As part of ongoing programming and design responsibilities on the Maple Grove campus since 2018, we renovated office and break room environments within Weaver Lake Building 3 that had retained original 2005 layouts and finishes. The southwest bay Level 1 office area underwent comprehensive transformation from a dark, compartmentalized environment into a bright, energetic space with abundant natural light. Cubicle space was strategically reduced, replaced with diverse agile workstations, locker areas, and project rooms enabling more effective team functionality. A large town-square break room was introduced in a strategically evaluated location ensuring accessibility for all campus business units.

These updates embrace Boston Scientific's global design standards, creating flexible, efficient, bright office environments that support contemporary workplace collaboration. the renovation demonstrates how phased campus improvements can progressively enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
