Cummins Engineering Office Building

Our team designed a new 28,900-square-foot office building for the Cummins campus that prioritizes flexibility, collaboration, and employee experience through innovative workplace strategies. Working with the owner's established open office standards, we created a large agile work environment where engineering staff access flexible workstations based on project needs, fostering adaptability and team movement.

Strategic proportions of small and large meeting rooms support both focused team work and larger conference activities, while new break spaces create informal gathering areas where employees strengthen collegial bonds without needing to leave the building. The building interior is flooded with natural light through extensive glazing supported by a unique structural system that maximizes transparency while maintaining structural integrity.

Cummins branding is seamlessly integrated throughout the space, reinforcing company culture and fostering community among the engineering team in a thoughtfully designed, high-performance workplace.
