The Chanhassen Service Center consolidates two existing Xcel Energy facilities into a single, efficient campus enhancing safety, functionality, and employee experience. Our architectural leadership extended from early master planning through construction administration, coordinating closely with the client and city to address site sensitivity along the highway corridor. The facility integrates offices, crew areas, training and break rooms, locker and shower facilities, warehouse, indoor vehicle parking, fleet maintenance, and wash bay structures with careful attention to site planning, stormwater management, and operational efficiency.
