The OEM Center of Excellence R&D Labs transforms a two-story facility into a state-of-the-art research and development environment consolidating specialized expertise and equipment for RPM Industrial Coatings Group. Our comprehensive renovation integrated diverse labs including Main R&D, Analytical Testing, Resin, Extrusion, Oven Rooms, Powder and Liquid Application, Powder Spray Booths, Accelerated Testing, and Corrosion Labs—alongside offices, hazardous materials storage, warehouse space, and a public lobby with exhibit areas.

The design responds to the client's competitive and talent development goals, creating an environment where collaboration among business groups using similar technologies strengthens innovation and development speed. Robust containment systems for hazardous materials and clear, logical wayfinding ensure both safety and operational efficiency. An on-site application laboratory serves as a customer engagement space, demonstrating products and accelerating innovation. the facility positions RPM Industrial as a hub for scientific advancement and industry leadership.
