Bio-Techne Luminex Lab Suite

The Luminex Operations and QC Expansion at Bio-Techne's Minneapolis campus addressed space constraints by strategically relocating key functions and building out 6,300 square feet of non-classified lab space plus 1,300 square feet of flexible office. A major initial phase involved removing a large staircase and infilling the opening, creating a continuous structural slab forming the foundation for new spaces.

The design prioritizes operational flow and team flexibility through 12 touchdown benches enabling seamless transition between lab tasks and data analysis, huddle rooms, phone rooms, and 40 lockers serving current and future staff. The layout reflects our deep understanding of laboratory operations and contemporary workplace flexibility. the expansion enables Bio-Techne's continued growth in bioscience research and manufacturing.
