Our partnership with Precera Medical (formerly LISI Medical) spans multiple phases of facility expansion and modernization at their Big Lake, Minnesota campus, demonstrating our commitment to supporting client growth through adaptable, forward-thinking design.
The 2019 phase established a 46,000-square-foot production addition that reorganized manufacturing operations and improved process efficiency through strategic equipment and support space reconfiguration. Building on this success, a recent 45,000-square-foot expansion further increases production capacity while addressing specialized material handling and loading dock requirements.
The second phase (2025) strategically relocates the building's exterior wall to reduce construction costs and future waste while anticipating additional growth. Together, these projects position Precera Medical for continued success while exemplifying our ability to deliver sustainable manufacturing environments that support both current operations and long-term strategic vision.
