Evergen R&D Manufacturing Facility

Collagen Solutions' expansion transforms a 60,000-square-foot building with 40,000 square feet of comprehensive build-out supporting advanced bioscience manufacturing and research operations. Our design included renovation of approximately 30,000 square feet into ISO 7 and ISO 8 level production spaces supporting clean rooms and mechanical systems, with demountable wall construction and low-wall return chases maximizing operational flexibility.

The production area was thoughtfully designed with multi-stage gowning processes through locker rooms, ensuring contamination prevention and worker safety. Office areas strategically position private offices to the building interior, maximizing natural light access for the majority of work spaces, creating a bright, inviting employee environment. Complementary spaces include phone rooms, huddle rooms, coffee bar, break room, and surgical training suite for customer demonstrations. The design reflects our understanding of bioscience facility requirements while prioritizing employee experience and operational efficiency. the facility enables Collagen Solutions' continued growth and innovation.
