Recent site tours have welcomed key stakeholders, including the South St. Paul City Council and the Oakdale City Administrator. In the coming weeks, we look forward to hosting both the Oakdale City Council and a full-team visit from HCM for an all-office tour.
This 70,000-square-foot facility is taking shape on a remediated Superfund site, representing a significant transformation of a long-abandoned industrial property.
