The adaptive reuse project preserves the building’s architectural character while introducing modern functionality to support public park and recreational use. By thoughtfully balancing historic preservation with contemporary needs, the renovation connects visitors to the area’s recreational opportunities and cultural heritage, giving this historic residence a renewed purpose for generations to come.
After the tour, our team headed to the nearby Freight House to enjoy some food, beer, and time together along the St. Croix River.
We’re proud to be part of bringing new life to a historic building and creating a lasting community asset.
