MSP Terminal 1 - Stone Arch

Stone Arch brings craft beer culture to MSP International Airport through a 6,800-square-foot restaurant and experience venue designed as a central attraction within Terminal 1's shopping district. Our design features a signature fermentation sculpture that anchors the Craft Lab Bar, where local brewers educate travelers about regional brewing traditions and innovation. The facility goes beyond typical airport dining, creating an engaging environment where visitors can meaningfully interact with craft beverage producers. Strategic sightlines and spatial organization guide circulation throughout the space while emphasizing the sculptural centerpiece and product displays. Stone Arch demonstrates how public facilities at transportation hubs can transcend conventional expectations, creating memorable cultural experiences that celebrate regional identity and quality craftsmanship.
