  Jerry Hagen, aia   Jerry has significant technical knowledge and project management experience for large corporate and institutional projects gained from practicing in the profession since 1980. Jerry has overseen the design and construction of projects ranging from $1,000 to over $20 million. He has had experience in the design and detailing of most building construction types as well as building materials.

  Tim McIlwain, aia   Tim has been practicing architecture since 1989. He has professional experience focusing on the design and development of retail, restaurant, recreational and corporate facilities. His project experiences include the programming, concept development and project design of a wide array of buildings and project interiors. Tim has many years of retail design experience focusing on image design and brand identity development for emerging retail and restaurant concepts and the re-imaging of existing venues.

Experience in developing office computer drawing standards, employee computer training strategy and curriculum.

Ted has received numerous honors and awards, including the KKE / Ron Krank Vision Award and Bill and Elizabeth Pedersen Graduate Fellowship.   Natalia Piela   Natalia recently graduated from the Bachelor of Design in Architecture program at the University of Minnesota in 2017. While completing her undergraduate degree, she also studied fine art, product design, and gained experience abroad in architecture. She is excited to join the team and work on a variety of projects before returning back to school for a master’s degree.

She is excited to now be gaining the experience necessary to continue a career in architecture.
